| 摘 要： | 目的:苯扎溴铵消毒液含量测定方法的改进。方法:二阶导数分光光度法,λ=268.3nm,△λ=1nm,SLIT=2.0nm。结果:在62.8～138.2μg·ml~(-1)范围内D值与浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999)。回收率为100.7％,RSD为0.3％。结论:本法可用于苯扎溴铵消毒液的含量测定,方法简便,结果可靠

| Abstract: | Objective: To improve an assay for the content determination of benzalkonium bromide solution for disinfection. Method: Secondary derivative spectrophotonietry was used. X = 268. 3 nm, 1 nm, slit= 2.0 nm. Result : A linear correlation was obtained in a range of 62.8-138.2 ug.ml-1 of benzalkonium bromide(r = 0.9999). The recovery was 100.7%, RSD was 0.3%. Conclusion:The method can be used to measure Benzalkonium bromide in its solution and well operated. The result is reliable. |
