无症状沙眼衣原体和解脲支原体感染与输卵管妊娠的关系

摘    要:目的 探讨无症状性沙眼衣原体和解脲支原体感染与输卵管妊娠的关系。方法 收集 5 0例输卵管妊娠患者的宫颈分泌物和胚胎组织作为观察组 ;另取 5 0例人工流产者宫颈分泌物和胚胎组织作为对照组。采用 PCR方法检测两组标本中沙眼衣原体和解脲支原体的感染情况。结果 输卵管妊娠组宫颈分泌物中 CT阳性率为 36 % ,UU阳性率为42 % ,CT和 UU混合阳性率为 2 2 % ,分别与对照组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;输卵管妊娠组胚胎组织中 CT阳性率为 44 % ,UU阳性率为 5 4% ,CT和 UU混合阳性率为 2 4% ,分别与对照组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 输卵管妊娠的发生与无症状沙眼衣原体和解脲支原体感染关系密切。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationships bwtween symptomless infection of chlamydia trachomatis and ureplasm urealytium and tubal pregnancy.Methods We collected 50 samples of cervical secretions and embryonic tissues of the patients who had tubal pregnancy for observing group,while another 50 samples of cervical secretions and embryonic tissues of the patients who received artifical abortion for the control group.Using polymerase chain reaction(PCR) to detect the infections of CT and UU in the two groups.Results The positive rate of the CT,UU,CT and UU infections in the samples of cervical secretions of the patients who had tubal pregnancy are 36%,42% and 22% respectively,while the positive rate of the CT,UU,CT and UU infections in the samples of embryonic tissues are 44%,54% and 24% respectively,which show significant difference with the control groups (P<0.05 and P<0.01).Conclusion The occurrence of tubal pregnancy has close relationship with symptomless infection of chlamydia trachomatis and ureplasm urealytium.
