硬膜外予注氟哌利多预防芬太尼术后镇痛恶心呕吐的观察

目的：比较不同方式给予氟哌利多预防芬太尼静脉镇痛后恶心、呕吐的效应及副作用，寻求氟哌利多更佳的用药方法。方法：80例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级行剖宫产术足月产妇，年龄22-37岁，体重55-90kg，随机分为研究组（A）和对照组（B），每组40例．观察不同方式给予氟哌利多对芬太尼静脉镇痛后恶心、呕吐的效应及副作用的影响。结果：不同方式给予氟哌利多对芬太尼静脉镇痛后恶心、呕吐的效应及副作用的影响有显著性差异。结论：氟哌利多经硬膜外予注入较静脉用药对防治芬太尼术后镇痛恶心、呕吐效应更好，用药剂量更小，且镇静、嗜睡副作用少。

Clinical Observation of Epidural Injection to Droperidol to Prevent Nausea and Vomiting of Postoperative Analgesia Fentanyl

Objective： To compare the different ways to give droperidol fentanyl intravenous analgesia to prevent postoperative nausea, vomiting effects and side effects of droperidol to seek a better method of administra- tion. Methods： 80 cases of ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ-class full-term maternal line cesarean section, aged 22-37 years old, weighing 55N90kg, were randomly divided into study group （A） and the control group （B）, each 40 cases were observed in different give droperidol fentanyl intravenous analgesia for postoperative nausea, vomiting and side effects of the impact. Results： The different ways to give droperidol fentanyl intravenous analgesia for postoperative nausea, vomiting and side effects of the impact of the difference was significant. Conclusion： Droperidol by epidural injection to more intravenous drug for the prevention and treatment of postoperative analgesia fentanyl nausea, vomiting effect of better, less dosage, and sedation, drowsiness fewer side effects.
