晚期卵巢癌的联合化疗

本文随机将术后复发件恶性腹水的卯巢浆液性囊腺癌病人分成３组，１组给予常规全身化疗；２组静脉及腹腔单独用ＤＤＰ化疗；３组给予静脉及腹腔联合化疗．结果显示，治疗后２、３组病人腹水完全缓解率及ＣＡ１２５值的降低明显优于１组，且有极显著差异，２组与３组之间差异无显著性；３组病人化疗后临床表现好转，食欲增进，全身状况好转，骨髓抑制程度轻，与１组、２组相比，３组治疗方法疗效好，毒副作用小．

Combined Chemotherapy of Late Oophoroma

The patients suffering from ovary serous cystadenocarcinoma with malignant ascites after surgical operation were divided into three groups randomly.The first group:the routine whole body chemotherapy was given by for patients;The second group:DDP theragy was alone given by intravenation and abdominal cavity;The third group:combined chemotherapy was carried by intravenation and abdominal cavity.The results showed that ascites complete relievable rate and reduction of CA125 value of patients of the second and the third group were superior to those of the first group after treatment,and the most significant difference was observed,no significant difference between the second and the third groups.The patients of the third group were on the mend clinically after chemotherapy.the appetite of the patience was improved,the whole body situation took a favourable turn,The marrow was restrained lightly compared with the first group and the second group.Therapeutic effect was better and toxin side effect was small for third group.
