2005年济南市某社区19～35岁育龄妇女优生知识知晓情况调查

[目的]了解济南市社区育龄妇女优生知识知晓情况，以及最希望从何种渠道获取优生知识，为更好地在社区育龄妇女中开展优生知识宣传教育，探讨健康教育工作的有效方法。[方法]采用调查问卷的方式，对济南市某社区19～35岁育龄妇女进行调查。[结果]调查351人，婚前优生知识各项知晓率的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）（小学和初中40．96％、43．37％、53．01％、51．80％；高中及大专67．22％、62．78％、69．45％、67．78％；大学以上81．82％、87．50％、89．77％、92．05％）。婚后优生知识各项知晓率的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）（小学和初中49．40％、59．04％、61．44％、62．66％；高中及大专56．67％、67．78％、72．78％、81．11％；大学以上68．19％、73．86％、84．09％、90．91％）。[结论]社区育龄妇女优生知识知晓率与文化程度有关，要提高出生人口质量，有必要广泛地开展对育龄妇女的优生知识健康教育宣传。

A Survey on Aristogenesis Knowledge Awareness among Women of Childbearing Age at 19 to 35 in a Community of Jinan City in 2005

[Objective] To understand the aristogenesis knowledge awareness among women of childbearing age in a community of Ji'nan city and the channels from which they expect to get the knowledge,so as to implement health education among them,and explore effective ways for health education.[Methods]A questionnaire survey was made among women of childbearing age at 19 to 35 in a community of Ji'nan city.[Results]Of the 351 women surveyed,the rate of premarital aristogenesis knowledge awareness(P<0.01).(40.96%,43.37%,53.01% and 51.80% respectively among women with primary school and junior high school education background;67.22%,62.78%,69.45% and 67.78% respectively among women with senior high school and college education background;81.82%,87.50%,89.77% and 92.05% respectively among women with university or above education background).The rate of post-marital aristogenesis knowledge awareness(P<0.01).(49.40%,59.04%,61.44% and 62.66% respectively among women with primary school and junior high school education background;56.67%,67.78%,72.78% and 81.11% respectively among women with senior high school and college education background;68.19%,73.86%,84.09% and 90.91% respectively among women with university or above education background).[Conclusion]The rate of aristogenesis knowledge awareness was related to education background among women of childbearing age in a community,health education on aristogenesis knowledge was needed to be conducted widely among them if we want to improve the birth quality.
