| 摘 要： | 目的:利用多层螺旋CT的优势,对肺内孤立结节血管集束征的血管构成和形态进行分析,以进一步提高孤立结节定性诊断的准确性。方法:肺内孤立结节病例81例,利用多层CT及MPR重建,确定血管集束征存在及其构成,并与病理、临床相对照。结果:肺癌、肺结核血管集束征阳性率较高,炎症以Ⅰ型血管集束征为主,肺癌以Ⅲ型为主。结论:各类肺内孤立结节血管集束征的阳性率及血管构成有一定的规律性,识别这一征象对病变的定性诊断有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate vessel convergence sign from vessel makeup and morphology using MSCT and to find the characters of SPN in different diseases for improving the diagnostic accuracy of SPN.Methods: Eighty-one patients were included according to SPN standard,determine the composition vessel convergence sign by MSCT axal image and MPR,then compare with pathology.Results: Lung cancer and tuberculosis had higher positive rate,for type Ⅰinflammation had higher rate,for type Ⅲ,cancer had higher rate.Conclusion: There are some special character of vessel convergence sign in differnet SPN lesion as positive rate and vessel composition.These characters can help to differntial diagnosis in SPN. |
