| 摘 要： | 本文用两种浓度乙醇从大黄中提取泻下作用的总甙。药理实验表明,泻下出现时间较生大黄粉和大黄煎剂早,泻下总次数较多;临床上有357例便秘患者服用本品均有明显泻下效果,总有效率为96.9％,无副作用和耐受性。

| Abstract: | Total-glucoside was extracted from Chinese rhubarb by different levels of alcohol in this study. Pharmacological experiment showed that the time of purgation initiated by it occurred earlier than that by rhubarb powder and decoction;the frequency of purgation was greater.The results of clinical studies indicated that the effect of purgation was marked in the 357 patients with constipation, with a total effective rate of 96.9%. It was well tolerated by the patients and no side effects were found. |
