| 摘 要： | 目的:研究与探讨葛根和葛根素对皮肤自然衰老的延缓作用。方法:健康4个月龄雌性昆明种小鼠15只,作为青年对照组(A);健康18个月龄雌性昆明种小鼠90只,随机分为6组:老年空白对照组(B)、老年阳性对照组(C)、老年葛根中剂量组(D)、老年葛根高剂量组(E)、老年葛根素中剂量组(F)、老年葛根素高剂量组(G)。以灌胃方式给药,测定皮肤组织中线粒体DNA的缺失情况。结果:老年空白对照组(B)、老年葛根中剂量组(D)和老年葛根素中剂量组(F)中包含缺失mtDNA占总mtDNA的比例(D/T)分别为0.13、0.11、0.11,其余组均为阴性。结论:一定剂量的葛根及葛根素具有延缓皮肤自然衰老的作用。
