下消化道异物的诊治体会：附25例报告

目的 探讨下消化道道异物的诊断和治疗。方法 对2001年9月~2010年12月间入住我科25例非外伤性肠道异物患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 18例（72%）经开腹手术取出异物。5例（20%）直肠异物在骶麻下经肛门取出。2例（8%）经保守治疗后异物自然排出体外。所有患者均治愈出院，未发现并发症。 结论 对于肠道异物要采用正确的治疗措施才能取得良好的效果。

Experience of diagnosis and treatment of foreign bodies in the lower digestive tract: A report of 25 cases

Objective To evaluate the experience of diagnosis and therapy in patients with foreign bodies in lower digestive tract. Methods A total of 25 cases with foreign bodies in lower digestive tract from Sep. 2001 to Dec. 2011 was analyzed retrospectively.
