| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨新易筋疗法对膝关节骨性关节炎治疗有效性。方法:根据病例纳入标准和排除标准,选择78例膝关节骨性关节炎患者。随即平均分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组患者采用新易筋疗法治疗,对照组患者单纯手法治疗。结果:治疗组与对照组治疗后各项指标均有明显的改善,治疗前后差异明显(P<0.01);两组总疗效具有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗组疗后症状积分较前减少(P<0.01),有显著性差异;对照组疗后症状积分较前减少(P<0.01),有显著性差异;治疗后两组症状积分差值比较(P<0.01)。结论:新易筋疗法对治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效确切,与单纯手法相比疗效更显著。
