开环式微创肛肠吻合器痔切闭术治疗脱垂性痔病的临床研究

目的　探讨开环式微创肛肠吻合器痔切闭术( TST 术)治疗Ⅲ°-Ⅳ°痔的疗效与并发症。方法　将100名Ⅲ°-Ⅳ°痔病患者随机分为实验组( TST 组) 和对照组(PPH 组)各50例 ,治疗后比较疗效与并发症。结果　实验组与对照组疗效差异无统计学意义( P > 0.05)；手术时间、住院时间、术后肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿两组间差异无统计学意义( P > 0.05) ；术后肛门坠胀、急便感、尿潴留实验组发生率低，比较差异具有统计学意义( P < 0.05)。结论　TST术治疗脱垂性痔病疗效确切，并发症发生率低，手术对肛门精细控便能力影响小,值得临床推广运用。

Study on hemorrhoidectomy with ring opening minimally invasive ano-colorectal stapler in the treatment of prolapsed hemorrhoidal disease

Objective To investigate whether tissue-selecting therapy stapler （TST） is more effective in treatment of Ⅲ-Ⅳ degree hemorrhoids than procedure proplapse and hemorrhoids （PPH）.Methods A total of 100 patients of Ⅲ-Ⅳ degrees hemorrhoids were divided into experimental group.（TST,n=50）.and control group.（PPH,n=50）..The operation efficacy and complications between two groups were compared.Results No differences were found in efficiency （including operation time,.hospital stay,.postoperative anal pain and anal margin of edema）.between two groups.However,there were lower of the anal swelling sense,sense of urgency will,and acute uroschesis in experiment group as compared with the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion To some extent,.the curative effect of TST in treatment of hemorrhoidal prolapse is more effective than that of PPH.It is worthy in clinical application.
