| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨噬血细胞性淋巴组织细胞增生征的病因、临床特征及中西医结合治疗。方法:回顾性分析2008年4月—2010年9月确诊的9例HLH患者。结果:9例患者中有5例与感染相关,其中4例为EB病毒感染相关,4例为肿瘤相关,临床表现均符合HLH-2004诊断标准,本病属祖国医学温病中伏邪温病的范畴。经中西医结合治疗,存活4例,死亡5例。结论:HLH病因复杂,临床表现多样,病情凶险,死亡率高,及早诊断和中西医联合治疗可改善预后。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the etiology,clinical characteristics,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of patients with Hemophagocytic Lymphohistocytosis(HLH). Methods:The clinical data of 9 patients with HLH in our hospital between April 2008 and September 2010 were studied retrospectively.
