| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨MRI对椎间盘脱出并肉芽组织增生的诊断及临床应用价值。方法 将T2WI示脱出髓核周围和其内高信号影27例患者行MRI增强扫描，分析其表现及特点。结果 27例共30个腰椎间盘脱出，脱出髓核与硬脊膜分界模糊9个，部分分界清楚21个，增强扫描髓核周围线样强化6个，带状强化24个，17个与患侧神经根粘连。6个脱出髓核内信号稍减低，8个信号稍增高，5个明显增高，11个呈等信号，增强扫描髓核无强化26个，斑片状强化4个。结论 MRI能准确诊断腰椎间盘脱出及肉芽组织增生。
