腹腔镜肝脏切除患者围手术期护理体会

目的 探讨腹腔镜肝脏切除术的围术期护理。方法 对15例经腹腔镜肝叶切除患者术前和术后的护理行回顾分析并与23例经开腹肝脏切除患者进行比较。结果 密切配合手术进行护理，除3例患者中转行开腹手术外，其余患者均无出血、胆漏、下肢深静脉血栓形成等严重并发症，术后22-32 h下床活动， 36-48小时肛门排气，12-20 天出院。结论 腹腔镜肝脏切除术具有安全性和创伤性小的特点，密切配合手术进行护理对手术术患者安全渡过围手术期具有重要意义。

Perioperative clinical nursing care characteristics of laparoscopic liver resection
