| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨乙肝肝硬化的证候特点,为临床辨治该病提供参考。方法:收集650例乙肝肝硬化患者的四诊信息,剔除四信息中低于20%阳性率的指标,应用因子分析降维处理得出乙肝肝硬化的主要中医证候分型。结果:得到15个公因子:F1湿热证;F2肾虚证;F3及F8可代表痰湿证;F4及F10可代表脾胃虚弱证;F5可代表水湿内停;F6及F7可代表肝郁化热;F9、F13及F15可代血瘀证;F11、F12及F14可代表肝脾失调证。结论:"虚实互见"为乙肝肝硬化的证候特点。

| Abstract: | Objective:Providing a clinical reference of distinguishing and treatment of HBV-liver Cirrhosis,we discuss the the characteristic of TCM syndromes of it.Methods:All 650 inpatients of HBV-liver Cirrhosis were examined and their TCM symptoms were collected.Then we removed samples that which positive rate was less than 20% of the variables symptoms and the main TCM syndromes of HBV-liver Cirrhosis.Results:We got a total of 15 factors,such as F1 Damp-Heat Syndrome,F2 deficiency of kidney,F3 and F8 phlegm-damp s... |
