| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨早期肠内营养对全胃切除胃癌根治后肠功能的影响。方法 选择40例全胃切除胃癌根治术后患者，随机分为实验组和对照组各20例，实验组采用术后早期肠内营养支持，对照组给予常规营养方式，比较两组患者术后肠功能恢复情况。结果 实验组术后肠功能恢复情况要优于对照组，两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论 全胃切除胃癌根治术后早期肠内营养支持可有效促进术后肠功能的恢复，有利于病人全面恢复。
