| 摘 要： | 目的:从细胞周期的角度来探讨复方参鹿颗粒调控低危组MDS骨髓造血的机理。方法:16例低危MDS患者分为安雄组与复方参鹿颗粒组,以6例正常人为对照,采用流式细胞仪,检测治疗前后者骨髓造血细胞细胞周期的时相分布。结果:低危度MDS患者骨髓造血细胞G1期比例明显低于正常人,S期、G2期细胞比例显著高于正常人;复方参鹿颗粒治疗后MDS患者骨髓造血细胞G1期比例明显高于治疗前与安雄组,而S期比例却显著低于治疗前与安雄组;安雄组治疗前后各细胞周期均未见明显变化。结论:复方参鹿颗粒可使低危组MDS患者骨髓造血细胞阻滞于G0/G1期,DNA复制受阻,从而抑制MDS造血克隆增殖。

| Abstract: | Objective:To opproach the mechanism of regulating hemopoiesis on low-risk group MDS of Compound Recipe of Shenlu Keli from cell cycle.
