缺血性中风的中医基线状态分析

目的:通过前瞻性研究,运用流行病学调查手段,对缺血性中风人群进行中医基线状态分析,获取横断面调查患病人群的中医证候与影响因素之间的关系,以探索及推广中医临床客观化证据研究,并指导治疗。方法:采用前瞻性结合横断面调查方式,对患病人群进行统一的中医证候学调查,进行数据录入,初探基线资料(年龄、性别、发病节气)在不同证候要素的分布规律。结果:显示了缺血性中风发病年龄在各证候要素分布特点、各证候要素与性别的相关关系以及各证候要素发病节气的圆形分布规律。结论:结果显示的规律从"防病重于治病"的角度给临床医生提供了可循的依据,更好的指导临床治疗。
