| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺治疗周围性面瘫开始的时间与疗效的关系,寻找治疗面瘫的最佳治疗时机。方法:将50例周围性面瘫患者按病程随机分为2组:发病至1周内急性期的患者为治疗组,发病1～8周内的恢复期患者及发病8周以后的后遗症期为对照组,采用相同的穴位进行针刺治疗。结果:治疗组显愈率92.0%,对照组显愈率68.0%。两者经χ2检验(χ2=20.0,P<0.05)。差异具有统计学意义,检验提示治疗组的显效率,均明显高于对照组。结论:在周围性面瘫的急性期给予面神经良性刺激会显著提高治愈率,故本病快速完全恢复的关键时期为急性期。
