亚甲蓝注射液用于门诊肛肠手术镇痛疗效分析

目的　评价亚甲蓝注射液在门诊肛肠手术镇痛的临床疗效。　方法　从2009年1月至2011年1月，选择142例门诊肛肠手术患者，随机分为亚甲蓝治疗组和对照组，治疗组74例采用亚甲蓝注射液＋利多卡因局部麻醉；对照组68例，单纯采用利多卡因局部麻醉，观察对比两组的术后镇痛效果。结果　根据术后第1天、第3天的患者的疼痛评分，亚甲蓝治疗组的术后镇痛效果明显优于对照组，差异在显著性（P＜0.01）。结论　亚甲蓝注射液具有良好的术后长效镇痛疗效，且副作用低，适合在门诊肛肠手术中应用。

Analysis of analgesic effect of methylene blue on relieving anorectal postoperative pain
