| 摘 要： | 目的:观察自拟健脾益肾方联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的疗效,并观察对生活质量及免疫指标等方面的影响。方法:93例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组,研究组49例采用化疗同时配合健脾益肾法辨证治疗,对照组44例仅给予单纯化疗,治疗2周期后评价疗效,并对治疗前后症状改善、生活质量、毒副反应、免疫学指标变化等进行评定。结果:两组近期疗效无差异(P>0.05),研究组在症状改善、生活质量、CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞等免<0.05)。结论:健脾益肾方联合化疗治疗晚期肺癌,可改善症状、减轻化疗副反应、提高患者免疫功能及生活质量。
