| 摘 要： | 通过查阅CNKI、维普近20年与高脂血症中医证候研究的相关文献,从证候的选择、客观指标选择,证候与客观指标相关性三个方面,探讨其最新研究进展。发现当前高脂血症中医证候实质研究虽已取得一定成果,但仍存在辨证标准、纳入标准欠统一、研究指标相对局限等问题。今后应通过统一标准,开展多中心、大样本临床调研,加强病证结合动物模型研究,鼓励多学科联合研究等,推动高脂血症中医证候实质的进一步发展。
