AO分型与交锁髓内钉早期静改动力型选择的治疗体会

目的 研究AO分型与带锁髓内钉早期静改动力型内固定选择时机对治疗下肢长管状骨骨折愈合疗效影响。方法 回顾性分析2003年至2007年我院收治的下肢长管状骨骨折治疗的临床资料。在所有46例使用带锁髓内钉固定下肢长管状骨骨折患者中，按AO标准进行骨折分型，将A、B型骨折在术后1个月将静力型固定改为动力固定，C2型骨折在术后的第2个月将静力型固定改为动力固定；C1、C3维持静力性固定，未作静改动。结果 所有早期静改动力型内固定患者均I期愈合，无骨折不愈合。结论 带锁髓内钉治疗下肢长管状骨骨折根据AO分型选择早期静改动力型内固定更符合临床实际。
