| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合综合疗法治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的临床疗效。方法:将67例口腔扁平苔藓患者随机分为治疗组34例及对照组33例。治疗组采用口服清热解毒、活血化瘀类中药汤剂治疗,配合局部注射曲安奈德10mg+2%利多卡因,对照组口服维生素A、维生素B2,配合局部注射曲安奈德10mg+2%利多卡因,分别对两组患者治疗前、治疗3个月及半年后的主、客观症状记分并进行统计学分析。结果:治疗3个月后治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为94.12%和81.82%(P>0.05);随访6个月,两组复发率分别为12.50%和55.56%(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合综合疗法治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓具有良好的短期疗效及长期疗效。
