| Abstract: | Based on respective characteristics of etiology and pathology about chronic sinusitis in TCM and west medicine,this article put forward therapeutic principles of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine,outlines of cold-hot differentiation and zang-fu differentiation,basic therapeutic methods of strengthening healthy Qi to eliminate pathogens and opening up the apertures,and countermeasure thoughts of how to treat accompanying and changed syndromes. |
