| Abstract: | In order to adapt to the demands of medical reform and the development of market economy,to inspire the nurses' working enthusiasm effectively,promote the improvement of the quality of nursing and the level of nursing management in the basic level hospitals,this article analyzed the current status of nursing human resources according to the data of the 10 basic level hospitals,so that we can make better nurse staffing scientificly. |
