| 摘 要： | 目的探讨结扎胸导管对防止术后乳糜胸的效果。方法手术切除食管癌1643例，分为A组：术中不结扎胸导管980例；B组：手术切除食管癌，术中集束结扎胸导管763例。结果术后共发生乳糜胸19例(1．12％)，A组18例(1．83％)，B组1例(0．13％)。结论术中集束结扎胸导管可防止乳糜胸。

| Abstract: | Objective To find out the outcome of preventionchylothorax by prophylactic ligature thoracic duct in esophagealcacinoma procedure.Methods 1643 cases esophageal carcinoma which had been operated were divided into 2 groups.Group A:980 cases which thoracic duets were not ligated,group B:763 cases which thoracic duets were ligated by bunch.Results 19 cases chylothorax took place(1.12%),18 cases in group A(1.83%),1 cases in group B(0.13%).Conclusion Prophylactic ligature thoracic duct by bunch in esophageal eacinoma procedure can prevent chylothorax. |
