| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨降纤酶对脑梗死的治疗效果及对血液流变学的影响。方法：治疗组２０例采用降纤酶治疗脑梗死，对照组２０例采用７０６代血浆加川芎嗪治疗脑梗死进行对比观察。结果：治疗组在降低纤维蛋白原、改善血液流变学明显优于对照组，Ｐ〈０．０１在临床疗效上，治疗组与对照组有效率分别为９０％，５５％，Ｘ＾２＝６．１４，Ｐ〈０．０５。结论：降纤酶能显著降低纤维蛋白质，改善血液流变学，治疗脑梗死疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore thrombolytic therapy effect in cerebral infarction and influence on blood rheology with defibrase. Methods; 20 cases in treating group were treated with defibrase to thrombolysis, 20 cases in control group were treated with 706 dextranum and ligustrazini. Result: The effect of defibrase is significant in decline of the fibrinogen and blood viscosity (P<0.01), no effect of decreasing fibrinogen could be seen in control group(P>0.05). The effective rate in treating group was 90% and 55%, respectively. (X2 = 6. 14, P<0.05). Conclusion: Effect of defibrase in improving blood viscosity and thrombolytic treatment for cerebral infarction is better. |
