| 中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床分析 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效及临床价值。方法：100例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，前者依中医辨证分型采用相应的中药治疗，后者用西药治疗，观察疗效、肝功能变化及复发率。结果：治疗组与对照组1年疗效无显著差异，但治疗组半年肝功能异常发生率低于对照组，治疗组1．5年复发率低于对照组。结论：中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效独特，具有副作用小、费用低、复发率低的优点。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical value of traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) for the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods :100 patients with ulcerative colitis were divided into therapeutic group and control group,the former was treated with TCM according to discrimination,the latter was treated with western medicine.Therapeutic effect,liver function diversification and recurring rate were observed.Results: No significant difference was observed between the therapeutic effect of therapeutic group and control group 1 year after treatment.Rate of liver function abnormity half year after treatment was lower in therapeutic group than that in control group,recurring rate 1.5 year after treatment in therapeutic was group lower than that in control group.Conclusion:TCM had unique therapeutic effect in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,it had the priority of little side effect,low cost and low recurring rate. |
