新疆石榴皮多酚类物质提取实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究新疆石榴皮总多酚的浸提条件。方法:选择提取剂及其浓度、提取时间、温度以及料液比5种因素进行梯度实验,并采用Folin-Ciocalteu法对石榴皮总多酚含量进行了测定。结果:总多酚浓度在1.2825-7.695μg/mL范围内与吸光度有良好的线性关系,样品平均回收率(n=3)分别为98.69%,105.31%和104.08%,RSD分别为1.11%,1.20%和0,90%。提取溶剂为60%乙醇,料液比1:24于常温下浸提0.5h最佳。结论:方法简便,结果准确。

Abstract:Objective To study the total polyphenols extracted condition from pomegranate peel of Xinjiang. Method The gradient experiment of single factor were made by choosing extracting reagent, concentration of extracting reagent, extracting time, extracting '.emperature and proportion of material-liquid. Folin-Ciocaheu colorimetry was used for the quantity control of the total polyphenols in pomegranate peel. Result The linear range of standard curve was 1.2825-7.695μg/mL, the average recoveries of gallic acid were 98.69%, 105.31% and 104.08% with corresponding RSD of 1.11%,1.20% and 0.90%. The optimum extracting condition for pomegranate peel were confirmed. The extracting reagent is ethanol, the concentration is 60%, the proportion of material is 1:24, the temperature is normal, the extracting time is 0.5h. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate.
