医院价值创造体系的资源配置与激励机制

摘    要:医院价值创造体系是社会生产力发展链条中不可或缺的重要一环,也是我国市场经济条件下社会经济安定繁荣的重要基础。医院管理者应该认真分析医院内部价值创造体系中各个生产要素的特点与需要,根据医疗服务安全、优质、高效和低耗的管理目标来科学地配置有限的卫生资源,建立健全深得民意、公平透明和有效率的激励机制,实现医疗服务效益的社会效益和经济效益最大化。

Abstract:Objective:The value creation framework of hospital is an indispensable link in the chain of social productivity development It is also an important basis for the stability and prosperity of social economy under the market oriented economy in China It is, therefore, imperative for hospital administrators to carefully analyze the features and needs of each element of production in the value creation framework inside a hospital, scientifically distribute limited health resources according to the goal of administration, viz delivery of safe, quality, efficient and low consumption patient care, establish and perfect an excitation mechanism that is popular, equitable, transparent, and effective, and achieve the maximization of both the social outcome and economic outcome of patient care
