燕麦β-葡聚糖对小肠蠕动及淀粉酶活性的影响研究

摘    要:目的:观察燕麦β-葡聚糖(Oglu)对小肠蠕动能力及淀粉酶活性的影响。方法:采用昆明种雄性小鼠进行小肠推进实验、用SD大鼠进行小肠平滑肌收缩实验(体内和体外给药)、体外模拟β-葡聚糖对淀粉酶酶解作用抑制能力实验。结果:灌喂Oglu后,食物在实验动物小肠体内的推进速度明显提高(P<0.01),小肠平滑肌蠕动的频率和幅度也显著增强。同时体外实验表明Oglu对淀粉酶的酶水解作用有一定抑制能力。结论:Oglu可通过抑制体内酶水解能力、增加小肠平滑肌蠕动的频率和幅度提高食物在小肠内的推进速度,使机体糖吸收能力降低。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of oat glucan (Oglu) on peristalsis and amylase activity of small intestine. Method: The pushing rate of food in small intestine was test in mice and the contraction of smooth muscle of small intestine was tested in rats and in vitro. The inhibition of the hydrolytic activity of amylase by Oglu was tested in vitro. Results: The pushing rate of food and the frequency and amplitude of peristalsis in small intestine were increased significantly in Oglu group. Oglu could restrain the hydrolytic ability of amylase. Conclusion:Oat glucan can reduce sugar absorption by restraining the amylase activity and increasing peristalsis of small intestine.
