迟发性创伤性膈疝7例诊治分析

目的探讨迟发性创伤性膈疝的临床诊治方法。方法回顾性分析2006年1月-2010年2月我院收治的7例迟发性创伤性膈疝患者的临床治疗情况。结果所有患者均得到随访，1例术后并发胸腔积液，1例术后并发肺部感染。所有患者均痊愈出院，未发生膈疝复发。结论迟发性创伤性膈疝应结合患者既往致伤病史、症状、体征应用敏感性、特异性较高的诊断方式及早作出诊断，避免延误诊治，一旦确诊应早期进行手术治疗。

Clinical analysis in 7 cases of delayed traumatic diaphragmatic hernia

Objective To explore the diagnosis and surgical treatment of delayed traumatic diaphragmatic hernia.Methods 7 patients who suffered from delayed traumatic diaphragmatic hernia,All of them that had been treated with operations were retrospectively studied since 2006.Results In all 7 patients,thoracic related complications were pleural effusion in 1 case,and other complication was pneumonia in 1case.All were follow-up and recovered uneventfully.Conclusion Clinical manifestations combined with image and physical examination and history were keys to diagnose delayed traumatic diaphragmatic hernia.Surgical operation was necessary in early stages.
