石椒草咳喘颗粒联用氟替卡松防治儿童哮喘分析

目的 探讨石椒草咳喘颗粒对儿童哮喘的防治作用,减少哮喘儿童的用药副作用.方法 首次就诊的哮喘急性发作期患儿,初期均吸入沙丁胺醇气雾剂,按常规处理,A组口服石椒草咳喘颗粒8 g/次,1日3次;B组口服缓释茶碱0.1 g/次,12h1次;2组均用氟替卡松气雾剂吸入,每日1次,125 μg/次,疗程均为1个月.结果 治疗后A、B 2组患儿临床症状、体征均明显好转,A组、B组间无明显差异（P〉0.05）.结论 应用石椒草咳喘颗粒与缓释茶碱相比,在儿童哮喘的防治上无显著差异,且未发现副作用.

Analysis of sessilefruit chinaure herb pullet combined with Fluticasone in preventing and treating children with asthma

Objective To investigate the effect of Sessilefruit Chinaure Herb pullet on prevention and cure for asthma of children of.Methods The patient who were in acute attack stage and visited for the first time,inhaled Salbutamol Aerosol and were treatment with routine;Group A were taken orally of Sessilefruit Chinaure Herb pullet with 8 gram per time,(3 times/day);Group B were treated with oral of sustained-release theophylline with 0.1 gram per time(12 hours/time);Meanwhile,the two groups were all treated with inhaledfluticasone(125 μg/time,1 time/day).The course of treatment was one month.Results Theclinical symptoms of group A and group B were obviously to get better,and there is nosignificant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with Sessilefruit Chinaure Herbpullet and sustained-release theophylline,there is no significant differenc in the effect of prevention and cure for asthma of children,and Sessilefruit Chinaure Herb pullet were not find adverse effect.
