腹部手术患者术后肠内和肠外营养支持的对比研究

目的探讨肠内和肠外营养对腹部手术患者术后恢复的影响。方法 58例腹部手术患者随机分为2组,肠内营养组（EN）和全肠外营养组（TPN）,EN组术后进行常规处理,TPN组术后应用葡萄糖、氨基酸、脂肪乳剂等作为营养素来源。术后第11天对2组患者进行实验指标测量并比较。结果①术后EN组胃肠道排气功能恢复时间和排便功能恢复时间均快于TPN组,二者之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;②术后2组患者的体重均减轻,但TPN组手术前后的体重差大于EN组手术前后的体重差,二者之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论腹部手术患者术后进行肠内营养可促进胃肠道功能恢复和营养状况改善。

Study on the enteral nutrition support and the total parenteral nutrition in patients with abdominal surgery

Objective To investigate the impact of enteral and parenteral nutrition on recovery after abdominal surgery.Methods Selected 58 cases of abdominal surgery patients from June 2009 February 2012 in the hospital.58 patients were randomly divided into two groups,enteral nutrition(EN) and total parenteral nutrition group(TPN).EN group after conventional treatment,the TPN group were glucose,amino acids,intralipid agents as sources of nutrients.The two groups of patients 11 days after experimental index measurements and compare.Results ①After EN group were gastrointestinal exhaust function recovery time and bowel function recovery time faster than the TPN group,the difference between was significant(P <0.01);②The weight of the two groups after patients are reduced,but the TPN group before and after surgery weight difference is greater than the weight difference before and after the EN group operations,and between the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Abdominal surgery patients with postoperative enteral nutrition can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and nutritional status improvement.
