跟骨骨折患者心理状态调查及干预效果分析

目的分析跟骨骨折患者的心理状态，探讨心理干预的效果。方法采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）对120例跟骨骨折患者进行心理问卷调查，根据患者存在的焦虑、抑郁心理问题实施心理干预2周，再次进行SAS和SDS评分。结果本组患者心理干预前SAS、SDS评分较国内常模高，差异有显著性（P〈0．01）；干预后患者SAS、SDS评分较干预前降低，差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论跟骨骨折患者存在明显的焦虑、抑郁心理，实施心理干预可发明显改善患者的抑郁、焦虑心理。

Investigation of the psychological state in the patients with calcaneal fractures and the effect of psychological intervention

Objective To study the psychological state of patients with calcaneal fractures and the effect of psychological intervention.Methods One hundred twenty patients with calcaneal fractures were investigated with SAS and SDS.The psychological intervention was carried out for two weeks according to the existing symptoms of anxiety and depression,and then the scoring was made again with SAS and SDS.Results The scores of SAS and SDS were highter than national Norm before psychological intervention and there were significant differences in the comparison between the two groups(P<0.01);the scores of SAS and SDS were lower after intervention than that before intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion The patients with calcaneal fractures had obvious anxiety and depression,and the symptoms could alleviate through psychological intervention.
