盆底功能障碍性疾病患者康复锻炼的护理分析

目的 探讨和分析盆底功能障碍性疾病患者康复锻炼的护理,总结其临床价值.方法 40 例盆底功能障碍性疾病患者,行盆底重建手术,并进行积极有效康复锻炼和护理.结果 通过积极的治疗和护理,40 例盆底功能障碍性疾病患者均成功治愈,术后恢复良好.结论 对盆底功能障碍性疾病患者进行积极有效的康复锻炼和护理,可提高盆底重建术的疗效,有利于患者尽早康复,具有较高的临床价值,值得临床借鉴和推广.

Nursing analysis of the pelvic floor reconstruction and recondition for female pelvic floor dysfunction

Objective To discuss and analyze the nursing experiences of 40 female pelvic floor dysfunction cases by pelvic floor reconstruction and recondition and to summarize its value.Methods From Otc.2007 to Dec.2010,40 cases of female pelvic floor dysfunction in our hospital were chosen to get the nursing of the pelvic floor reconstruction and recondition.They were nursed according to guidelines of resuscitation.Result After comprehensive care and treatment,40 cases of female pelvic floor dysfunction got successfully cured.Conclusion The patients with pelvic floor dysfunction got active rehabilitation training and nursing,could improve the pelvic floor reconstruction after treatment effect,which was beneficial to early rehabilitation,had good clinical value,was worth the clinical reference and popularization.
