综合性护理干预对肿瘤患者PICC并发症的影响

目的探讨综合性护理干预对肿瘤患者经外周静脉中心静脉置管（PICC）并发症发生率的影响。方法对观察组58例行PICC的肿瘤患者实施综合性护理干预措施,与我科室既往60例肿瘤患者（对照组）的PICC并发症进行比较。结果对照组和观察组PICC并发症总发生率分别为58.3%和12.1%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;观察组的机械性静脉炎、导管堵塞或鞘蛋白形成和导管相关感染发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论及时发现、正确处理导管相关并发症,同时增强护理人员防范意识,正确维护导管,规范操作,加强患者的健康教育,可减少和预防PICC并发症的发生。

Impact of multifaceted nursing interventions on complications of PICC in cancer patients

Objective To explore the influence of multifaceted nursing interventions on complications of peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC) in cancer patients.Methods 58 cases patients in observation group with tumor PICC implementation got comprehensive nursing interventions,and their PICC complications were compared with 60 tumor patients(control group) in the past.Results PICC complications of total incidence rates in observation group and control group were 58.3% and 12.1% respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);mechanical phlebitis,catheter or sheath protein formation and catheter associated infection rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Timely detection,correct processing of catheter-related complications,while enhancing the nursing staff awareness,proper maintenance of the catheter,the norms of operation,and strengthening the health education for patients,could decrease and prevent the complication of PICC.
