CT增强扫描中高压造影剂注射器的使用及护理体会

目的探讨高压注射器在CT增强扫描中的使用方法及护理要点,提高CT增强扫描的成功率,减少造影剂的毒副作用。方法回顾性分析7 140例使用高压注射器行CT增强扫描患者的临床护理情况,总结高压注射器在CT增强扫描中的使用经验和护理要点。结果 7 140例中,第一次穿刺成功6 789例,第二次穿刺成功329例,第三次穿刺成功22例。注射进行不顺利的原因包括：出现针管阻塞、活塞偏歪、造影剂反向喷出针管、造影剂外溢、患者依从性差等。达到诊断要求率为98.91%。结论使用高压注射器时的有效护理可提高CT增强扫描的成功率,安全高效地获取满足临床诊断需要的高质量的CT增强图像,提高疾病的诊断质量和治疗效果,减少反复检查给患者带来的痛苦和损失。

The application of high-pressure contrast agent syringe and nursing for enhanced CT scanning

Objective To explore the use of high pressure injector in CT enhancement scan method and nursing main points,improve the success rate of enhanced CT scanning,reducing the toxic side-effects of contrast agent.Methods Clinical nursing data in 7,140 cases of enhanced CT scanning using a high pressure injector were retrospectively analyzed,experience of high pressure injector in CT enhancement scan and nursing main points were summarized.Results Among the 7,140 cases,the first successful puncture in 6789 cases,second puncture was successful in 329 cases,third successful puncture in 22 cases.The reasons of injections unsmoothly included : the emergence of tube obstruction,piston offset,contrast agents reverse jet needle,extravasation of the contrast medium,poor compliance of the patient.The diagnosis rate of 98.91%.Conclusion Effective care during using high pressure injector could improve the success rate of enhanced CT scanning,safe and efficient access could meet the needs of clinical diagnosis CT enhanced image quality,improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment of diseases,reduce the pain and loss of repeatedly checking to the patient.
