面部深Ⅱ度烧伤82例临床治疗分析

目的比较湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）与磺胺嘧啶银（SD-Ag）对深II度面部烧伤的疗效。方法选择82例面部深Ⅱ度新鲜烧伤病例,随机分为两组,治疗组41例创面采用MEBO治疗,对照组41例采用SD-Ag治疗,观察两组止痛效果、创面愈合时间及瘢痕发生率。结果治疗组患者痛苦轻,止痛效果好（P〈0.01）创面愈合快（21.0±3.7）/（25.5±3.2）d,P〈0.05],瘢痕发生率低（27%/68%,P〈0.05）。结论面部深Ⅱ度烧伤选用MEBO治疗明显优于SD-Ag。

Clinical research on the treatment of 82 cases of facial second degree deep burn

Objective To compare the efficacy of MEBO with SD-Ag Cream in treating facial second degree deep burn. Method 82 cases of facial second degree deep burn were divided randomly into two groups and were treated respectively with MEBO and SD-Ag Cream. Comparisons were made between the two groups in terms of pain stopping effect, wound healing time and scar form ation rate. Results In MEBO group, pain was relieved,the average wound healing time were （21.0 ±3.7） days and the scar form ation rate was 27% ;while in SD-Ag Cream group, the average wound healing time were （25.5 ± 3.2 ） days and the SCar forming rate was 68%. Conclusion MEBO is superior to SD-Ag Cream in treating facial second degree deep burn.
