摘    要:心率变异性分析是一项估测机体植物神经特别是迷走神经功能的检查方法。以手持转动链锯 5min ,对 2 0名健康青年人进行振动负荷试验 ,分别于振动负荷前后静息状态及深呼吸时进行心电图描记 ,分析其心率变异性。结果表明 ,无论在静息状态还是深呼吸时 ,振动负荷后的心率变异均较负荷前显著减小 (P >0 0 1 ,P <0 0 0 1 ) ;振动负荷试验后静息状态与深呼吸时的心率变异却无差异性 (P >0 0 5)。提示 :短时间、低强度的振动暴露可造成心率变异性改变 ;振动负荷试验可作为评价人体植物神经功能的方法之一

Abstract:Heart rate variability (HRV)analysis is a method of evaluating the autonomic nerve function especially vagus nerve function.To observe the effects of vibration on autonomic nerve function,HRV was measured in 20 healthy young people during both the resting state and the deep breathing process before and after the vibration loading test.The results showed that the HRV was significantly lower after vibration loading test than that before it during both the resting state and the deep breathing process (P<0 01,P<0 001),but there was no difference of HRV between the resting state and the deep breathing process after the vibration loading test (P>0 05).This suggested that short-term and low-power vibration can result in damage of autonomic nerve function in healthy people.
