| 摘 要： | １１年来，作者以针灸为主治疗肩周炎患者５９例（男２１例，女３８例），其中运动员患者３例。治法：以取手三阳经为主，辨证配穴与施术，并辅以特定电磁波（ＴＤＰ）与患肢爬墙练习，平均治疗８．６次，疗效：痊愈率为７７．９７％，显效率达９４．９２％，有效率１００％，不仅治愈率高，远斯疗效亦佳。文中还总结了对针感、运针法、ＴＤＰ代灸的临床体会。

| Abstract: | Fifty-nine casea,including 3 athletes, with scapulohumeral periarthritis were treated by acupuncture mainly.It was the basic principle to aelect points of the. three yang channels of hand on the basis of differentiation of syndromes and signs TDP (specific electromagnetic wave) as suplementary treatment was given for the patients. The patients were asked to climb the wall with the diseased arm 2 times every day . The results ahowed that the average duration of using acupunc- ture was 8.6 times/17.2 days,the overall effective rate was 100%, the cure and excellent cured rate was 77.97% and 94.92% , respectively. Satisfactory long-term follow-up effects were also obtained.The sensation induced by acupunc- ture , needling maniputation and the replacement of TDP for moxibustion when trating scapulohumeral periarthritis by acupuncture were disussed . |
