| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中老年干部人群肥胖、高血压、血脂异常的发生情况及相互的关系,为中老年干部的医疗保健提供依据。方法收集河源市中老年干部的健康检查结果,进行统计分析。结果共统计中老年干部2466例,其中女性1083例,男性1383例。血压、血糖和血脂的各项指标(TG、LDL-C)水平随着体重指数(BMI)的增加而增加,BMI25组,其高血压、糖尿病和血脂异常的患病率分别为39%、8%、53%;高于BMI≤25组的患病率(17%、4%、34%),均P0.01。结论积极控制BMI,以降低中老年干部人群的慢性病发病率。

| Abstract: | [Objectives]he results of health examination among elderly cadres in Heyuan city were collected and statistically analyzed.[Results]Among 2466 elderly cadres,there were 1083 female cases and 1383 male cases.The blood pressure,blood glucose and indexes of blood lipid (TG and LDL-C) increased with BMI.The prevalence rate of hypertension (39%),diabetes mellitus (8%) and lipid abnormality (53%) in BMI>25 group were significantly higher than that of hypertension (17%),diabetes mellitus (4%) and lipid abnormality... |
