| 摘 要： | 目的:观察胺碘酮治疗心脏瓣膜病手术后心律失常的治疗结果。方法:总结分析60例风湿性心瓣膜病术后出现室性或快速室上性心律失常患者应用胺碘酮的疗效及安全性。结果:胺碘酮治疗后有效率为91.7%,能较好地控制心率,且对血压影响不明显。结论:胺碘酮治疗心脏瓣膜病手术后室性或快速室上性心律失常的疗效较好。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effect of amiodarone on patients after cardiac vascular operation. Methods：Sixty patients after cardiac vasular operation with arrhythmia were treated with amiodaroneo The investigation parameters included blood pressure and heart rate. Results： Amiodarone could effectively reverse the arrhythmia, and it had no obvious side effect on blood pressure. Conclusion： Amiodarone is safe and effective in treating arrhythmia after cardiac vascular operation. |
