低位直肠癌的外科治疗进展

目的总结低位直肠癌外科治疗方式。方法复习了近年来有关低位直肠癌外科治疗的文献，综合叙述成文。结果低位直肠癌的外科治疗近二十年有了很大的发展，人们越来越多的追求生命和生活质量“双重”标准；全直肠系切除术已成为低位直肠癌根治性切除的操作新标准；双吻合器技术正在广泛应用，微创外科的发展，腹腔镜技术日渐成熟并显现出优点。结论目前低位直肠癌的外科治疗可达到提高保肛率的要求，全直肠系切除术把低位直肠癌的外科治疗推到了一个新阶段，吻合器和腹腔镜手术也是低位直肠癌治疗的理想方法，具有很多优点。

New research on surgical therapy of low rectum carcinoma
