年轻脑出血患者的血脂分析

目的：分析年轻脑出血患者的血脂特点，初步探讨血脂异常与年轻人脑出血之间的关系。方法：对60例年龄介于16－45岁的脑出血患者进行7项血脂指标的检测，用酶法检测甘油三酯、总胆固醇及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇；用免疫多点定标法测定载脂蛋白A－I及载脂蛋白B100及脂蛋白（a)；按Friedewald公式计算低密度蛋白胆固醇。结果：年轻人脑出血组的甘油三酯、总胆固醇、载脂蛋白B100水平和异常率均显著高于对照组，结论：血清中甘油三酯、总胆固醇、载脂蛋白B100升高等血脂代谢异常为年轻人脑出血的危险因素。

Serum lipids in young adults with cerebral haemorrhage

Objective To profile serum lipids of young adults with cerebral haemorrhage, and to discuss the relationship between serum lipids and cerebral haemorrhage in young adults aged between 16 and 45 years old. Methods Seven indicators of blood lipids were determined in 60 young adults with cerebral haemorrhage. Triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL C) were measured with enzyme methods. Apolipoprotein A I(ApoA1), apolipoprotein B100(ApoB100) and lipoprotein (a) were measured by immune multifocal methods; and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL C) was calculated according to Friedewald formula. Results The abnormal rates and levels of TG, TC and ApoB100 in young adults with cerebral haemorrhage were significantly higer than those in the controls. Conclusion It suggests that disturbance of blood lipids metabolism (high serum TG\,TC and ApoB100) should be a risk factor for cerebral haemorrhage in young adults.
