| 摘 要： | 目的了解辛伐他汀的副作用，提倡合理用药。方法综述国内外有关辛伐他汀副作用与合理应用的文献。结果辛伐他汀主要副作用有肌毒性、肝损害和肾功能损害等，且与剂量、联合用药及生理状况等有关。结论应根据患病原因及类别、药物作用机制及毒理作用等情况选择合适的药物。

| Abstract: | Objective: To understand the adverse effects of simvastatin and promote rational medication.Methods: Literatures were generalized about adverse effects of simvastatin and rational medication.Results: Adverse effects were mostly seen on the muscle,liver and kidney,etc.They were relative with dosage,drug combination,health condition and others.Conclusions: Suitable drug should be selected according to the class and reason of disease,effective mechanism and toxicity of drug,etc. |
