全直肠系膜切除术治疗直肠癌74例分析

目的探讨直肠癌全直肠系膜切除术（TME）与传统直肠癌切除术的治疗效果。方法对74例行TME手术治疗患者（TME组）和58例传统直肠癌根治术患者（传统手术组）进行临床分析。结果TME组平均随访24个月，4例局部复发，其中2例有局部及远处复发，24个月复发率为5．4％。传统手术组平均随访8年，复发了13例，复发率为22．4％（x2=19．93，P〈0．01）。TME组2年生存率为86．5％（10／64），传统组则为75．9％（14／44），TME组生存率高于传统组（x2=4．93，P〈0．05）。结论与传统的直肠癌根治术相比，TME能提高生存率，降低复发率。

The clinical analysis of total mesorectal excision for rectal cancer of 74 cases

Objective To diseussion Rectal Cancer entire mesorectum excision method(TME)and traditional Rectal Cancer excision method treatment result.Methods Treats the patient to 74 routine TME surgefies( the TME group)and 58 example tradition Rectal Cancer root governing skill patient(traditional surgery group) carries on the clinical analysis.Results The TME group average wade a follow-up visit for 24 months,4 example partial recrudescences,2 examples had partial and the distant place recrudescence,24 month recurrence rates were 5.4%.The traditional surgery group average wade a follow-up visit for 8 years,had recurred 13 examples,the recurrence rate is 22.4%(x2 = 19.93,P ＜0.01).A TME group 2 year survival rate is 86.5%(10/64),the traditional group is 75.9%(14/44),the TME group survival rate is higher than the traditional group (x2 = 4.93,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Compares with the traditional Rectal Cancer root governing skill,TME can improve survival and reduce recurrence rate.
