丹参注射液对ICP患者IFN-γ、TNF-α的影响

目的:观察丹参注射液对妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症(ICP)患者血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响,并进行疗效评价。方法:将符合诊断标准的妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症孕妇68例随机分为观察组35例,对照组33例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用丹参注射液,以7d为一疗程,观察两组治疗前后血清TBIL、DBIL、ALT及AST水平,放免法检测血清CGA、IFN-γ及TNF-α的变化,评价丹参注射液的疗效。结果:①治疗后观察组及对照组ICP患者血清ALT、AST、TBIL、DBIL及CGA均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),观察组下降快于对照组(P<0.01)。②治疗后观察组ICP患者血清IFN-γ、TNF-α均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),而对照组治疗前后差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:丹参注射液可作为治疗妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症的辅助用药,疗效好,其作用机制可能为维持免疫平衡。

Effect of Danseng injection on IFN-γ and TNF-α in the blood of pregnant women with intrahepatic cholestasis

Objective：To observe the influence of Danseng injection on serum IFN-γ and TNF-α in blood of patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy （ICP） and ewluate the curative effect. Methods：By the diagnostic criteria, 68 pregnant women with ICP were randomized into treatment group （n = 35） and control subjects （ n = 33 ）. The controls were given routine treatment and the treatment group were administered extra Danseng injection in a dose of 20ml during the 7 day-session besides the routine medication. The two groups were examined concerning the level change of TBIL, DBIL, ALT and AST before and after the medication. Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the CGA, IFN-γ and TNF-α in the serum for the outcome. Results： The concentration of ALT, AST, TBIL, DBIL and CGA in both groups were decreased significantly in patients with ICP, but the patients from treatment group responded better（P 〈0.01 ）. In addition, the serum IFN-γ, and TNF-α in subjects from the treatment group reduced greatly after medication（ P 〈 0.01 ）, while that was not so excellent （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Danseng injection can be an adjuvant drug in treatment of ICP for its excellent curative effect and it functions in maintenance of immune balance in the pregnant women.
