| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子在胃癌中的表达。方法 采用石蜡切片、免疫组织化学技术检测胃癌组织血管内皮生长因子蛋白表达及微血管密度。结果 血管内皮生长因子蛋白表达有明显异质性。结论 血管内皮生长因子蛋白表达与肿瘤的分化程度有密切关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)expression in gastric cancer. Methods VEGF and microvessels density(MVD)was determined by immunohistochemical techniques. Results Vascular endothelial growth factor expression has obvious specificity. Conclusion These results suggested that there is a close relation between VEGF expression and tumor differentiation. |
